FCA Empowers coaches and athletes to help others experience salvation in Jesus, grow in their faith, and share Him with others. We desire to Engage, Equip, and Empower coaches and athletes to make disciples who the same to others.
To be an FCA Empowered Coach, there are three things that have to be done first.
The first step is to be a part of a ministry environment. This could be a huddle, a small group, or any gathering where you minister to others.
Next, you will need to complete E3 training. Below is a button that takes you to the training website. Scroll down a bit on the first page that pops up, and click on "Start the Interactive E3 Course."
Lastly, you will need to complete a Ministry Leader Application. The button below takes you to a page where you will need fill in details to make an account. From there, you will be able to fill out and submit your Ministry Leader Application.
We hope this training leaves you feeling more excited and prepared on your ministering journey. We are not designed to go on this journey alone. You are joining a global community of coaches, athletes, and many others who are pursuing the Great Commission of Jesus together. Welcome to the team!

As competitors, we always dream of something Greater. We train tirelessly to reach our potential,
seeking approval from teammates, coaches and fans. The promise of a trophy or praise pushes us
to succeed. Our identity becomes about our performance—how well we play, not who we are.
The pressure to succeed fuels our purpose to compete every day. But what happens when our
season ends, or we don’t perform well? What does it say about our potential or our purpose? The
world will say we’re not good enough—that we’ve failed.
But Jesus Christ says differently.
